Faq
1. When will my order ship?
We try and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Generally, your order will either be collected by our trusted couriers the same day of order, or the following day. We however do not ship on weekends and/or public holidays – so these orders will either be shipped at the start of the new week, or the closest working day.
2. How long until I receive my order?
You will be notified once your order has been collected from our distribution warehouse, by our trusted couriers. Once collected, it normally takes between 1 – 3 days for your order to be in your possession – this will depend on your area. The only occasion transit time should exceed this, is if order is placed over a weekend and/or public holiday.
3. Can I personally collect my order?
You can use our “click & collect” option. Selecting this option allows you to collect your order directly from our distribution warehouse. Please note that we advise collection takes place the day after ordering (as opposed to same day) – this just gives our team a bit of time to prepare your order in advance.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Short answer, yes. However, please contact our team directly via team@thesportscompany.co.za should you require this service, as we prefer shopping for the best international shipping rates to make sure we benefit our international customers as much as possible.
5. Do you wholesale?
We sure do. If you are a legitimate retailer, please contact our team directly via team@thesportscompany.co.za to explore further. Please include all relevant documents proving legitimacy – all new applications undergo a vetting process, and this will just speed things up.
